CLINICAL SUPERVISION:
Clinical supervision is fundamental to all those working in the behavioural field, whether that be seeking qualifications and accreditations or supporting and enhancing current working practices.
Clinical supervision is available to support people with a view to becoming qualified as:
- Registered Behaviour Technicians, (RBTs).
- Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analysts, (BCaBAs).
- Board Certified Behaviour Analysts, (BCBAs).
Peer supervision is also available to those already working in the field, to keep up to date with the scientific research, get support around individual cases and work in accordance with the ‘Behaviour Analyst Certification Board's' Ethics Code.
INDIVIDUAL SPECIALIST SUPPORT:
Enabling someone to improve their skill set and enhance their quality of life, is an incredibly rewarding process to facilitate and an essential element of our Autism & ADHD support in Hereford.
When it comes to supporting learners to learn new skills the following skill-based curriculums are used:
- Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills (ABLLS)
- Assessment of Functional Life Skills (AFLS)
- Verbal Behaviour Milestones Assessment and Placement Programme (VB-MAPP)
When it comes to supporting children with their behaviours, Behavioural Science is used. Support offered includes:
- Conducting behavioural assessments
- Devising individualised, multi-component, strategies
- Staff and parent training
- Online consultations
SERVICE SUPPORT:
To make significant, lasting changes in people's behaviour, systemic change is necessary. When the right systems are implemented and followed, the culture, effectiveness and efficiency of a place will improve.
Service support can be offered in SEN and mainstream schools, to:
- Develop new systems and strategies
- Develop new policies and procedures
- Design and implement new data collection procedures
